We’ve all been hearing lately about the young invincibles, and whether or not they’ll buy health care. Just as important a question: Will they create an estate plan?
Many people create a will when they have children, but you never know if that’s too long of a wait. The fact is: Everyone over the 18 should have at least a basic estate plan in place.
So what does an estate plan look like when you’re young and “invincible”?

For example, for people who are committed to a life partner but not legally married:
